As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) with strong social media skills to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
This is Customer success role where you will help the clients with your Social Media manager experience. As a CSM, you will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with our products/services. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their journey, and ensuring their objectives are met. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive customer retention and growth.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of social media and customer management experience
• Familiarity with running facebook Ads is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills. Ability to provide business advise and to take control of the conversation

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $36,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
