THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Coordinator, People Compliance, you will support employment compliance with Fair Work Week practices, meal and rest laws, minor scheduling rules and state-specific pay rules. This position is responsible for running and distributing ing of various compliance related ing. This role completes follow-up with employees and managers and collaborates with cross-functional partners on issue resolution.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and deliver daily ing for open shifts and meal and rest to restaurants and employees.
• Provide administrative support for Good Faith Estimate/Regular Schedule and minor ing needs.
• Respond to and document customer inquiries for general compliance matters via email or ServiceNow.
• Pull records and data to support internal and external requests.
• Assist with other projects, as needed.

What You’ll Bring To The Table

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Experience in Employment Compliance, ing & Auditing preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with basic Excel functions and formulas.
• Experience with UKG (Kronos), Workday and ServiceNow (or other case management software) preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, diverse environment.
• Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $21.15-26.92. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
