Chime Solutions Hiring for Talent Acquisition Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of the company and building a strong workforce. The Recruiter will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruiting plans that include identification of needs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding; full life-cycle recruiting in an effective and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Build applicant sources by fostering relationships in the community and attending pre-approved job fairs
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements using various job sites
• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes; Performing pre-screening phone interviews with candidates
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Scheduling in-person interviews with hiring managers
• Performing pre-hire background checks
• Following up on the interview process status; both acceptance and rejections
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Track goals for the recruiting and hiring process; cost per hire and time-to-hire

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or another equivalent field required
• 5 years minimum high-volume recruiting experience
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting platforms and APS systems, iCIMS preferred
• Highly organized with strong follow up skills and the ability to multi-task
• Strong sense of urgency
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment:

• This job offers work from home opportunities upon completion of training. Throughout training the job will operate in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers/scanners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
