JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Acquisition Specialist executes our talent acquisition strategy to ensure that we are staffed with the right people and the right roles across our production, distribution, and corporate functions by supporting the end-to-end candidate journey and experience: sourcing, screening and selection, offer, conversion and hire. This role is responsible for both corporate level roles and high-volume factory hourly roles and plays a vital role in attracting, evaluating, and selecting talented individuals who will contribute to the continued success of our organization.
