Children’s Discovery Academy is searching for professional, enthusiastic early childhood educators to join our high-quality child care/early education team. We currently have a position available for an Assistant Teacher or Aide.

The starting pay is $14.00-$16.00 per hour, DOQ

*Plus Monthly child care HERO bonuses.*

Hours:

Part-Time: 3:00-6:00 Monday-Friday, working with Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers

To be considered for an Assistant Teacher position, you must have experience working with children and some college credit. Highly qualified assistant teachers will have college credit/degree in either Early Childhood Education or a related field and have experience working with young children in a child care/early childhood education setting. Aide positions do not require prior experience or education.

• Work as a part of a team
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Help maintain a safe, clean, developmentally appropriate classroom environment
• Meet the needs of each individual child
• Be reliable and trustworthy
• Must have the ability to provide high-quality care in accordance with NAEYC standards
