1 Company Profitability Exceeds 15% Work with Corporate Trainer and region’s management team to increase employee skills and monitor areas that may be affecting our 15% profit goal
2 Annual Enrollment Exceeds 95% Work with Corporate Trainer and Regional Manager to determine how to support the Sales, Service, and Marketing Departments. Implement trainings that will help retain current staff, families/students.
3 New Family 90-Day Turnover Below 25% Work with Corporate Trainer and Regional Manager to determine areas of high turnover. Work together to create and/or implement trainings that will help us retain our families and decrease turnover.
4 Fun Crew Annual Turnover Below 25% Work with Corporate Trainer and Regional Managers to determine areas of high turnover. Work together to create and/or implement trainings that will help us retain our staff and decrease turnover. Help retain staff through positive relationships and consistent follow through.
5 Support Associate Directors Work with Directors to help support Associate Directors and grow the next Lead Teacher or Associate Director.
6. Implement trainings for all programs, curriculum, safety, customer service, facility appearance, policy, and procedures.
7 Meet with Corporate Trainer Meet weekly – in person or via video/phone conference call. Discuss needs and strengths of program(s) based on current training plan. Create new plans based on needs and growth opportunities.
8 Bi-Weekly Regional Manager Meeting Meet Bi-Weekly with Regional Manager. Review region’s needs, goals, upcoming trainings, and plans for schools who need support.
9 Initial TeacherTraining.
10 Learning Management System Support your region’s use of the LMS and participation with Facility Managers and Regional Manager.
11 Parent Communication App expert and trainer. Support managers/teachers on executing Honeycomb and training as needed.
12 Classroom Support Based on region’s needs and plan put together by RM and CT. Work alongside teachers in classrooms helping them to execute curriculum, support students, and classroom systems.
13 Classroom Layout Help coach managers and teachers with effective room arrangement, classroom flow, rules of arrangement (no furniture along the wall, no runways). Ensure work is displayed and meets all accreditation standards.
14 Supplies Help make sure rooms are filled with all the appropriate supplies. Ensure supplies system is followed and ordered on time. Help deliver supplies and ensure we are meeting budget.
15 Behavior Management Support teachers with challenging behaviors follow Behavior Book and good teaching techniques. Create specific school/classroom plan to increase positive behavior management.
