Your Day to Day:

• Develops and maintains a talent pipeline by forging and nurturing positive relationships within the communities we serve and nationally.
• Identifies individuals and entities in the local region that can support recruitment goals and/or supply a pipeline.
• Travel throughout region to develop/nurture relationships, host job fairs, and informational sessions, promote career opportunities by dropping flyers in local establishments, etc. Attends career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events
• Job board posting and warm/cold job seeker outreach via phone/email/text
• Screens resumes/applications coming into the applicant tracking system (ATS) to include employee referrals and other referrals
• Updates applicant status in ATS throughout the process ensuring new applicants are reviewed and moved through workflows within established timelines
• Deploys pre-interview assessments
• Contacts qualified applicants and conducts phone screens
• Shares potential matches with hiring managers for feedback
• Coordinates interview schedules with hiring managers
• Collects interview documentation upon receiving hiring decision
• Clears hire-in pay range or rate in accordance with salary budget and hire-in starting pay guidelines, and completes the Salary Justifications form in tandem with the hiring manager as indicated
• Extends verbal offers and negotiates the offer within approved range
• Initiates the offer letter creation by submitting or coaching the hiring manager to submit Offer Letter Request Form

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of sourcing and full-service recruiting or of equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and demeanor with the ability to build rapport, garner trust, and inspire others
• Ability to pass fingerprint background screening through the Department of Justice, FBI and Child Abuse Index

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,995.16 – $72,653.56 per year
