Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based at our factory near Padra 15 kms from Vadodara City Centre. The CFO will oversee the financial planning and management of the company. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The CFO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, support budgeting processes, and monitor financial performance to drive organizational growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, including budgeting and strategic forecasting
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reports
• Strong background in Finance, with a focus on financial operations, compliance, and investment management
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
• Experience in Financial Reporting and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is a plus
• Ability to work on-site at our Padra near Vadodara and contribute to the company’s growth and success
