Chief Expansion Officer Full Time

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Expansion Officer at D&M Capital. The Chief Expansion Officer will drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the organization’s reach, and enhancing strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include developing and executing expansion strategies, analyzing market trends, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also involves setting performance goals, managing budgets, and tracking the success of expansion initiatives.

• Strategic Planning and Market Analysis skills to identify growth opportunities and drive expansion initiatives
• Team Leadership and Collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams with organizational goals
• Business Development and Relationship Management expertise for fostering and managing partnerships
• Strong Communication and Negotiation capabilities to communicate vision and negotiate business agreements effectively
• Proven experience in scaling businesses and managing complex projects
• Exceptional analytical and decision-making ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Familiarity with global markets and international business practices is a plus
