Role responsibilities include:

• 
  Be a Team Member first; be humble and willing to spend 50% of your time serving our guests Remarkable Meals with Genuine Hospitality.
• Insures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant’s established speed of service guidelines.
• Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with Operator regarding complex issues.
• Handles recruitment, reference checks, interview scheduling and onboarding of all candidates for employment based on the needs of business.
• I-9, E-Verify and all new hire paperwork.
• Oversees team uniform inventory and ordering
• Works with executive team and leaders to address staffing needs of each area.
• Is a member of the Celebration Committee focused on recognizing team member accomplishments and milestones.
• Helps with training and oversees training development.
• Works with leaders, managers and directors on month-end processing and other administration needs of the restaurant
• Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all team members with Honor, Dignity, and Respect while providing them with direction and feedback they need to grow and succeed
• Strictly adheres to all Company policies and procedures.
• Multitasking and organization are a must.
• Must be proficient with technology to include all windows based programs and systems, must be able to learn to use store iPad’s and other technologies used to serve our team and guests.
• Desire to serve others.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1-2 years experience in similar role required
• Reliable Transportation
• Must have flexible hours; including weekends

In our Restaurants, we focus on hospitality while serving meals made form fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have.
