The Talent Director leads the Training Team and oversees the restaurant’s training program. He/she positively affects the growth and success of the restaurant by overseeing the training and development of each team member through individualized training plans, accessible resources and accountability. The Training Director works with the Owner/Operator and Executive Director to ensure the restaurant’s overall vision is communicated and achieved. He/she reports to the Executive Director.

Responsibilities

· Lead by example.

· Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times.

· Ensure Team Member safety at all times.

· Ensure Team Members meet all Chick-fil-A Standards and Team Member Handbook requirements at all times.

· Support the Operations team during rush hours and for large orders.

· Drive continuous improvement.

· Assist in sourcing and hiring talent.

· Lead the Training team and develop Training Managers.

· Lead the Safety Committee.

· Create and oversee training plans for each employee focused on professional development, advancement and recertification.

· Assign new team members to Trainers.

· Communicate to the Executive Director when a team member is ready for scheduling.

· Monitor CEM, eRQA, ROE and CARES calls for training needs.

· Identify operational improvement areas in the business and develop training action plans to address.

· Create and lead implementation plans for new product rollouts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Experience:
