A Day In The Life Of A Chick Boss Cake ‘Online/Phone Customer Service’
Welcome to Chick Boss Cake! As a ‘ Online/Phone Customer Service’ you’ll primarily be working at the London location. Be sure to bring your team building skills, customer service enthusiasm & computer skills!
Majority of your day will be spent at our decorating facility in London, Ontario! You will grab one of our tablets where you will sign in for the day! You will use our company laptop and will spend your day answering phone calls, taking customer orders, making changes to customer orders, helping to resolve any potential issues, etc. Having the ability to navigate on google sheets and computer skills are an asset for this role! And don’t forget giving each and every customer an amazing Chick Boss Cake customer experience with each interaction!
You will spend your day responding to emails, live chats, social media messages, and any other form of customer method of communication!
Other things to note:
– Shifts are from 10-6 Tuesday thru Saturday (with the flexibility to work later or longer if needed).
– Must be good with computer work and skills with excel/google sheets are an asset.
