Chicago Cardiology Institute Hiring for Accounting Personnel Job at Schaumburg, IL Full Time

We are a fast growing cardiology practice with location in Schaumburg and Oak Park. This is a hands on position and the individual will provide a full spectrum of accounts payable, support of accounts receivable, and assistance with purchasing. For the right candidate, this position will be involved with budgeting, monitoring spending and analyzing financials and make recommendations for improvements.

The position can be full time or part time with some flexibility in scheduling.

Duties include:

• Managing accounts payable including invoices, expense accounts, entering information in the company books and reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger including journal entry preparation, account reconciliation and transactions for monthly close.
• Prepare general ledger entries and account reconciliation

• Monitor spending and budgets
• Develop and maintain policies/ procedures, an organized documentation system.
• Ensure transactions are accurately posted through Quick-books.

Candidate must be articulate and organized with strong attention to detail, be able to adapt quickly and multitask. Experience with Quick-Books is required.
