CHG Healthcare Hiring for Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Job at Salt Lake City, UT Full Time

• Develop TA event schedule across all locations, research events related to campus recruiting and DEI (job fairs, information sessions, hosting TA events onsite, campus tabling, etc.). Build out yearly calendar. Register participants for all events, process payments, manage invites, and follow-up surveys for each event.
• Represent TA in events and manage lead retrieval, follow-up, and disbursement within the TA team.
• Track event effectiveness and provide feedback to TA leadership team on continued community partnerships.
• Drive strategic plan by managing projects related to the TA/DEI roadmap. Includes fulfilling deliverables for TA videos, blog posts, lunch & learns, and more. Represent TA in biweekly meetings and business review sessions.
• Coordinate the planning of TA conferences such as NSN, NBMBAA, and Silicon Slopes. This includes ordering branded material, attendee registration, planning meetings, and expectation setting.
• Conduct monthly AAP audits to track progress toward Affirmative Action goals. Deliver reports monthly to teams with placement goals.
• Manage intern program development and planning with TA leaders. This includes hosting weekly sessions with interns, scheduling connection meetings, and supporting the expansion of the program (from summer only to year-round).
• Manage back-end set up for recruiting systems such as Workday, Smartsheet, Tableau reporting.
• Run TA related reports out of Workday for TA leadership ad hoc and monthly.
• Support TA operations initiatives through process mapping and SOP development.

• 3-4 year(s) related work experience
• High School Diploma or relevant experience

• Basic human resource/recruiting experience
