The LocumsMart web-portal provides workflow automation, vendor management (VMS), and managed services provider (MSP) software for lowering costs, and increasing the efficiency of recruitment. LocumsMart is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and professional Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Development team. The Development team’s goal is to design, develop and implement robust web-based application tools to help streamline the Locum Tenens recruiting process. As a QA Analyst on the Development team you will assist in the development and execution of functional, exploratory and regression testing throughout the SDLC to help ensure the best possible product quality. This role will report to the Development QA Manager.
Responsibilities
- Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
- Design, develop and execute manual test cases
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Web based application testing experience
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Education & Experience
- 1-3 years Software Quality Assurance
Preferred
- Experience using TestRail, Jira and SQL
- Experience with performance and/or security testing
