Chevron Chilliwack Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Chilliwack, BC Full Time

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position has strong customer service skills, can multitask efficiently and is able to extrapolate information from a variety of sources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first line support for customer questions and issues, identifying issues, navigating the website to find answers, and then escalating any problems to the technical support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customers’ questions about the company’s products and services.
• List the company’s products and services.
• Prepare statements or invoices that detail charges, payments, and balance due.
• Assess customer credit risk and decide whether to extend credit to a new customer.
• Monitor credit limits and report problems or changes in status to management.
• Answer calls in a professional manner, greeting customers by name if possible and listening carefully to customers’ desires.
• Identify potential sales leads by asking open-ended questions of a customer; summarize the conversation; and offer to send a proposal or other documents.,Read incoming correspondence and decide whether it warrants further response by a salesperson.
• Process all incoming orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.20-$17.00 per hour
