St Barnabas House hospice is proud to serve the community in the Worthing, Adur, Arun and Henfield areas and the excellent provision of service provided by the professional and committed team of employees and volunteers has resulted in achieving an ‘Outstanding’ CQC status.
With an equally strong reputation in providing clinical education within the hospice sector, we have a comprehensive programme of education to deliver and are seeking to appoint a part time Education Administrator to support the essential work of the department.
Reporting to the Head of Education and working as part of a small team, the successful applicant will spend 60% of their time carrying out administration associated with delivering the programme, 20% liaising and communicating with delegates and trainers, 10% marketing and advertising the programme, and 10% maintaining the database and general record keeping.
In addition to being IT proficient and experienced in using Office and databases, essential skills include having strong organisational skills, being able to work independently and calmly under pressure, excellent communication skills and good attention to detail.
