CSP is partnering closely with our client, a multimedia company, in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partner with the manager to determine hiring needs.
• Screens resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person),
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events etc., to identify and attract quality candidates
• Administers appropriate assessments, reference/background screenings.
• Prepares offers and delivers to prospective candidates.
• Develops advertising programs (both internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
• Tracks recruitment activity, analyzes reports and is responsible for position management.
• Manages transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager.
• Look for efficiencies with the hiring/onboarding process as a means of continuous improvement.
• Develops and leads the onboarding/orientation process for all new hires.
• Works with other departments to make sure new employee assimilation is seamless and required equipment, working station and new hire identification are provided.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree in HR/Communications preferred. Equivalent work recruiting work experience can be substituted.
• 3-5 years recruitment experience .
• At least two years of prior recruiting experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Experience with ATS systems and automated workflow systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
