Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for helping the firm with the day to day marketing activities which will include developing and implementing a detailed marketing plan. This position will run our marketing events and webinars. This position will also create our marketing campaigns and manage our cross-channel campaigns through our social media/digital presence. The candidate for this position will have a marketing background with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a wide range of marketing platforms including digital engagements and webinars
• Plan creative marketing events to attract new clients and show appreciation to existing clients
• Ensure that the company and Advisors are communicating “Our Story” and our “Why” to attract prospective clients and deepen existing client relationships to drive referrals
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns to deepen relationships with Centers of Influence
• Work with Advisors and our Director of Client Engagement to distribute marketing content to existing clients and prospective clients
• Creatively manage a refresh of our website and social media presence
• Manage all public relations activities including awards and top advisor lists and volunteer activities that the firm participates in monthly
• Gather and analyze information to identify new market trends and assist with special projects on an as needed basis

Experience:

2+ years of marketing experience

Recent graduate with strong internship experience will be considered

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in required; Marketing Major is a plus

Skills & Knowledge:

• A critical thinker and problem solver that is detailed and process oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills
• Event planning experience
• Digital marketing experience
• Social media marketing experience
• Strong follow through and organizational skills
• Microsoft Office experience is required

Compensation and benefits:

• Total compensation (salary and bonus) in the range of $60,000 to $90,000
• 100% company paid health, dental and vision experience
• 401k and match at 3% of compensation
