HR Administrator | Permanent | Hybrid working | Nottingham | Up to £30,000
Cherry Professional are looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join a small, HR shared service team, supporting employees and management across the UK and Ireland. Working with a friendly team of 7, we are looking for a passionate individual who enjoys supporting the business across an array of employee life cycle queries.
As a minimum requirement we are looking for at least 2 years’ experience dealing with employment contracts, change letters and onboarding paperwork, including understanding the importance of RTW checks.
The successful individual will have a positive, can-do attitude, and will naturally have the mindset of continuous improvement – you will have evidence of improving a process/spreadsheets/suggesting automation where necessary that has resulted in better service delivery.
Working closely with HR Business Partners, COE’s, HRIS and external partners, your day-to-day duties will include:
Transactional support for HR processes, related to: Hiring, Onboarding, Terminations, Employee/Manager Self-Service transactions, time and attendance, probation, statutory leaves, absence management, talent management, contract changes and changes to T&C’s.
Responsible for the Shared Service Inbox on a rota basis.
Prepare and maintain job documentation, policies, formats and letters and ensure they are up to date on SharePoint.
Support payroll and ensure timely data transfer between teams and systems, as appropriate.
Escalate/Triage issues or queries to BP’s, HRIS, COEs as needed.
Alongside the above, everybody in the shared service team is working on a minimum of 1 project so this role offers so much variation, the opportunity to improve service delivery where appropriate and can have the opportunity to shine and build relationships across the wider HR team.
