Recruitment Manager
We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to join our to our HR Team! This position will directly manage and take ownership of sourcing candidates throughout the organization. The Recruitment Manager will manage and allocate the budget by developing a strong and strategic recruitment plan. This role will ensure optimal visibility of ads, consistent applicant flow, and clear communication with hiring managers. In addition, the Recruitment Manager is responsible for meeting monthly sourcing goals.

The organization was founded in 2019 by Chelsea Jewish Lifecare and JGS Lifecare, two highly respected leaders in senior living. Together these mission-driven non-profits have over 200 years of combined experience in serving their communities. Both organizations operate award-winning skilled nursing facilities, traditional and memory care assisted living residences and independent living across five campuses in Massachusetts. Additional services include home health care, hospice and palliative care, adult day health and aging life care.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is commensurate with demonstrated experience and abilities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, participation in a retirement plan, PTO, paid holidays and more.
