Description
We are looking to appoint a full time, enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced member of staff to deliver the Access to FE / Princes Trust Achieve programme. The right candidates will have with the skills, ability and experience of working with hard-to-reach young people who find Further Education a challenge but who have a desire to engage.
The role is within a small dynamic team and is highly rewarding.
The role will include planning, delivery and assessing. Additionally, you will provide academic and pastoral support to students and respond to challenges in a creative way, ensuring that students are encouraged and developed to reach their full potential.

Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
