About the role

• Helping to maintain the all invoices received in

• Maintain Account Payable group email inbox

• Completing posting of admin, freelance and project invoices into relevant IT system(SAP and Gate), managing and prioritising the input based on knowledge of workflows

• Assisting in maintaining a record of invoice queries and following them up via communication with internal Account Managers and suppliers, reporting statuses back to on a weekly basis

• Reviewing supplier statements where requested by the AP Manager and following up supplier queries about invoice processing

• Prepare and Assist the payment request of AP invoices

• Supporting the month end closing and submissions

• Analysing invoices and ledger accounts upon request

• Assisting in clearing unreconciled items in the bank reconciliation

• Assisting with audit queries

• Completing other adhoc requests

• Processing expenses

About you

• English : Able to communicate in all situations

• Korean : language proficiency at the native level

• Strong IT skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)

• Excellent communicator both verbal and written

• Strong relationship builder

• Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail

• Great team player, help out team mates whenever needed

• Accounting or Finance Degree & SAP Skill preference

Job type: 6 month contact, can be renewed after contract expires
