Role:

The Business Operations Associate will be instrumental in developing insights and recommendations on business operations and investments across Chegg’s Learning Services group. The right person will be dynamic, strategic, and collaborative with an ability to digest and prioritize large amounts of data to craft a narrative.

The Business Operations team is divided by operational focus and product lines. The team provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams steward new initiatives forward.

This individual will drive business performance across our portfolio of student-facing products, collaborate with functional leaders, and help set priorities for the business operations team. This role is responsible for the daily business performance and management of operational levers, such as churn, core content consumption metrics, cross-product utilization, etc.

Responsibilities and Requirements: Individuals will be responsible for meeting the criteria as described below. Individuals should provide examples of their ability to meet the expectations of the role, demonstrating a proven track record of capability.

Required Qualifications and Skills: All individuals should hold the following qualifications, or have equivalent experience, as applicable. All individuals should be able to provide examples of the indicated skills and competencies.

The pay range for this position is $67,383 to $166,852. The actual pay will vary based on geographic location, job requirements, professional experience, and other factors.
