HolistaPet is a Los Angeles-based holistic health & wellness company in the organic supplement and products for Pets. We are now looking to hire an in-house Email Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

Our mission is to educate the world about the power of natural, safe, and effective all natural and organic health supplements. Through our brand we want to bring back the stability, balance, and equilibrium that your pets ware meant to have. It’s our aim to provide access to useful education, research, and share with you real customer experiences through forums, social media, and news articles.

The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing our customer retention and acquisition marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is someone with extended Klaviyo experience, self-motivated, highly collaborative with strong communication skills. Ideally the right candidate has some experience in the health and wellness and/or CBD industry. This position will be ing to our Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing: strategy, calendaring, implementation, execution, optimization, monitoring, ing and analysis to increase revenue
• Lead the planning and execution of ongoing campaign optimization efforts through bringing e-commerce conversion, increase repeat purchase and retention rates across our email, text and loyalty program customer bases
• Identify new opportunities for automated and personalized lifecycle marketing programs.
• Brainstorm ways to improve customer experience through cross-channel (email & SMS) campaigns
• Drive A/B testing including design, KPI definition, implementation, and measurement
• Effectively manage email service provider platform, such as Klayvio. Within the platform, you will be manipulating HTML, segmenting audiences, setting up A/B tests, and serving as a final quality assurance check before campaigns are launched
• Develop email templates and audience segmentation strategies to improve email acquisition efforts
• Monitor and on email performance, leading to the continuous improvement of user experience and overall ROI
• Creating scalable processes and ensure best practices in lead generation, ing, and analytics
• Leveraging marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs and workflows
• Present results and recommendations to senior level management on a regular basis
• Work with other business departments and agencies including, copywriters, designers, HTML and database developers, and business development
• Use database management skills to target customers based on behaviors and demographics.
• Continually optimize subject lines, email content and audiences to maximize open rates, click rates and conversion rates

Qualifications

• 4+ Years of relevant ecommerce email marketing experience
• 2+ Years of experience in Klaviyo
• Must have a passion for pets and their health and wellness
• Proven track record of creating, implementing, and optimizing complex email programs to meet business goals
• Effectively manage Email campaigns with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and overcome obstacles
• Ability to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources and uncover actionable insight
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings
• Strong copywriter knowledge with ability to adapt voice and tone across multiple brands
• Ability to work independently as well as build effective working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Impeccable attention to detail, deadlines, and accuracy with minimum supervision
• Experience at a large consumer Internet/ecommerce company or agency is a plus
• Knowledge of email best practices including targeted lists, subject lines, messaging, campaign tracking, deliverability and CAN-SPAM/anti-spam legislation
• Hands-on experience with email service provider
• Working knowledge of Analytics – such as data analytics, google analytics, klaviyo analytics

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
