Job Description

The role

ing to the Marketing Manager, your role will be an engaging mix of creative and strategic as you team with a broad array of people across our business to capture and share our stories.

A digital specialist, you bring expertise in social media, eDM platforms and CRM systems that will transform how we communicate with our stakeholders, and the technical know-how to design and deliver these essential content distribution tools.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Take a leading part in the strategy and execution of our inbound and outbound campaigns
• Act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, contributing process and system knowledge to both technical and non-technical business users
• Proactively identify and pursue potential paths of improvement and enhancement for the team and Salesforce platform, and consult with management and stakeholders as appropriate
• Measure key metrics, analyse results, formulate new strategies to improve return on investment performance, and methodically test the right variables
• Work closely with design and content teams to conceptualise, launch and optimise targeted campaigns that drive demand and raise awareness of our product and brand.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Dev and Merchant Operations to ensure channel performance
• Create and monitor performance s for all channels, sharing optimisation and strategy feedback with other team members and keeping a pulse on our spending and returns.
• Being able to write (when needed) creative copy, using our brand’s messaging and refining it for optimal results – an advantage

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• An experienced B2B marketing expert with demonstrated experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns, with at least three years as a campaign owner of a B2B multi-channel marketing campaign for Australia and New Zealand
• Experience in managing external agencies and freelancers on an ongoing basis
• Experience with working closely with the Sales team to design, manage and implement campaigns to reach sales targets
• Proven success with B2B digital marketing strategy and tactics such as paid media and sponsorship
• Knowledge or proficiency with using Salesforce and Pardot to track campaign progress and results, as well as Marketing/Sales Pipeline
• Comfortable with building email templates using supplied HTML, adding personalisation, tracking and ensuring best practices are met
• Comfort diving into data to understand, derive insight and measure the impacts of digital marketing activity
• A passion for customer experience
