About the role

Job tasks and responsibilities

• Pick & packing a large volume of online orders daily
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
• Assist the Ecommerce team with special requests (i.e. expedited & manual orders etc.)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Monitors & troubleshoots online order issues, reporting any issues to Ecommerce team.
• Record order information accurately and produce accurate reports relating to fulfilment stock.
• Inspect, weigh, and package products
• Competent in the use of MS Office.
• Monitors shipping costs and adjusts accordingly.
• Arranges incoming deliveries in designated storage areas.
• Performing warehouse duties using pallet jacks.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by inspecting products before sending to ensure that they’re not damaged or missing any parts.

Skills and experience

• Detail oriented with excellent prioritization skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to leverage computer software to more effectively complete assigned tasks.
• Team player, with a can-do attitude.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to perform heavy lifting & physical requirements (E.g. high level of manual lifting/packing boxes etc.).
