Chaz Limited Auto Body Hiring for Production Coordinator Full Time

Chaz Limited Collision Express is seeking an experienced, full-time Production Coordinator to join our South Anchorage team. This position would assist with all sublet facilitation, production coordination and maximization of technician efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Arrange pick up and delivery of customer vehicles
• Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals
• Run production meeting to communicate repair statuses and production priorities to staff
• Perform in-process quality control checks daily to ensure company standards are being met
• Perform final quality control check prior to delivery
• Immediately identify and address any quality issues or production delays
• Make precise arrangements for sublet activity
• Implement procedures to communicate production expectations, monitoring of performance and identification of development needs
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain unity between departments through accountability and interpersonal skills
• Assist with maintaining shop equipment and facility
• Ensure production staff stays on task to achieve common goals

Requirements

• Must possess a valid AK Driver License and a clean driving record
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be able to multi-task
• Must be comfortable operating all vehicles
• Must be goal driven and independently motivated
• Must work well in a team setting
• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Must have a professional, positive attitude
• Must possess a strong work ethic and a desire to continually learn and grow
• 2+ years of production coordination experience is preferred

Pay: $16.00 – $25.00 per hour
