Job Duties

• Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries daily, monthly, and quarterly
• Review and reconciliation of balance sheet, general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payables.
• Prepare all accounting related reports
• Perform bank reconciliations, manage the flow of money using accounting software
• Keep track of company fixed assets including additions, disposals, and monthly report generation for accounting and the tax department.
• Maintain accurate reconciliations for a variety of balance sheet accounts with variances researched and resolved.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s defined key financial controls
• General support to the President, and other managers
• Perform account receivable and accounts payable tasks
• Some HR/Payroll related tasks to be performed
• Other responsibilities as determined by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent related experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• 2-3 years’ experience is preferable, will consider recent graduate.
• Hands-on experience with accounting ERP systems is preferable
• Ability to multi-task, to be organized, efficient, accurate and to be accountable to job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, MS-Excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.).
• Able to handle and prioritize multiple time constrained duties at once
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Ability and willingness to keep maintain confidentiality
• Visa support may be provided for strong candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,984.00 – $55,000.00 per year

• Duluth, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
