Director of Talent Acquisition- Healthcare Industry

Location: 100% REMOTE –MUST BE FROM WEST COAST AREA

Travel: Within territory medium- high required

Salary: $165,000- $185,000 per year plus bonus

Duties: Drive Strategic recruiting over multiple states by developing cost-effective sourcing programs. Maintaining a diverse candidate pool by using emerging tools and online resources. Implementing staffing strategies to attract the highest caliber talent available. Keeping up with staffing trends and implementing media strategies to complement recruiting activities for delivering business requirements.
Building and managing a team of recruiters to utilize tools to deliver and improve recruiting effectively to improve the candidate experience.
Produce and introduce and deliver TA metrics. Lead staffing discussions with HR, Managers to align with recruiting capabilities and objectives.

Skills/Performance:

• Candidate sourcing
• Metrix evaluation and implementation
• Strong Networking Requirements as well as downline implementation or more years

Requirements: MUST HAVES TO BE CONSIDERED

• 8 or more years of recruiting experience
• 3 years of internal/”corporate” recruiting experience
• 2 or more years of healthcare recruiting experience
• 3 or more years of management experience
• Reside in Central or West Coast time Zones (PST preferred)
• BA Degree or higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 – $185,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
