ABOUT THE ROLE

The Talent acquisition team is embedded into the HR Team as one team across Aust and NZ. You will be responsible various business portfolios contributing the CA ANZ 5 years strategy plan.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Creating tailored recruitment strategy for each hire
• Developing innovative ways to attract and source talent through different channels
• End to end recruitment process
• Proactively building and maintaining a talent pipeline for active and non-active roles
• Attend Final round of interviews
• Contribute and deliver a positive Candidate experience
• Conduct Employment Reference Check
• Working closely with Senior Leadership stakeholder to understand Business unit objectives and pipeline roles
• Coaching leaders on Recruitment process and market insight

ABOUT YOU

Driven recruiter who takes a tailored approached to developing recruitment stratgey to suit each vacancy and business unit.

• Internal recruitment experience in a fast pace environment within a corporate environment
• Experienced in sourcing candidates through different channels such as headhunting, social media and advertising.
• Understanding of end to end recruitment process
• Familiar with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
• Advance Boolean search Techniques and Internet search
• Proven experience conducting phone screening
• Technology Savvy
• Understanding candidates wants/needs and develop a trusting rapport quickly
• Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and educate key stakeholders in effective recruitment practice
