Our Lexington campus is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting hiring managers with identifying viable candidates, interviewing, and selection.
• Managing open requisitions across multiple job boards and websites.
• Collaborating with leadership to determine hiring needs for present and future state.
• Staying aligned with recruiting trends and best practices to create and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Managing the hiring process, including screening, interviewing, assessments, and applicant tracking systems.
• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, community and industry organizations, and other recruiting sources.
• Managing candidate engagement, providing a positive candidate experience and maintaining responsive communication.
• Facilitating onboarding for new hires, including background checks and hiring procedures.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in business or human resources. A combination of degree and experience may be considered.
• 2-3 years related HR experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a manufacturing organization is helpful.
• Ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization, including diverse cultures.
• Demonstrated skill in organizing work, taking initiative, setting priorities, and sound decision making.
• Possess logic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing dynamic environment.
