Our Bloomer, WI campus is ready to grow, and our world-class team is looking for passionate, motivated Experienced Machine Operators like you. We need individuals with strong manufacturing and operations experience to help take our production efforts to the next level! Wages from $20-$25 an hour.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Controlling completed film rolls and taking them off the line
• Learning from film industry experts
• Monitoring resin levels, optimizing intake, and verifying resins each run
• Operating state-of-the-art cast film lines
• Working as a team player to reach consistent output goals
• Maintaining a safe workspace and commitment to following CNG’s Safety Mission

Our ideal candidate possess:

• 2-year technical degree, or bachelor’s degree (engineering/mechanical discipline preferred)
• 5 to 7 years of successful experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to build positive relationships with all levels of personnel, including Leadership Teams.
• A driven team player who is eager to learn
• A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance
