Are you an experienced and strategic Talent Acquistion leader looking to make a significant impact?
If this is you, we are seeking a Director of Talent Acquistion to join our Charter family! In this role, your mission will be to drive the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies, build robust candidate pipelines, and lead the Talent Acquistion team as we work together to recruit top-tier talent to Charter.
What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field of study. Master’s Degree preferred.

• 10+ years of full life cycle salaried and/or university relations talent acquisition experience in a large organization.

• 3+ years of experience leading or managing talent acquisition programs.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Ability to analyze and maintain highly confidential information.

• Demonstrated skills in working with and leading others in group or team settings.

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly and highly approachable.

• Proficient with the advanced features of Microsoft Office software products (Word and Excel).

• Willingness to travel.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization’s short-term and long-term talent needs.

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand their talent requirements, anticipate future hiring needs, and establish hiring priorities.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources to expand the candidate pool.

• Build and promote the organization’s employer brand through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking activities.

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and top talent, utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, talent databases, and referrals.

• Develop and execute the strategy for assessments, interviews and selection process.

• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and enhance the recruitment process, including the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies to streamline workflows and improve candidate experience.

• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to talent acquisition, providing regular insights and analysis to senior management.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into the talent acquisition strategy and processes.

• Lead and develop an internal talent acquisition team.
