About The Role

Due to growth in recruitment team, we are looking to recruit for a number of Graduate/Junior Recruitment Consultants. All our consultants are accounting and finance professionals, we are a game changer abandoning the stereotype of “sales people”. We are candidates’ best listener and career advisor and clients’ trusted partner. These set us apart from others, no matter big or small, existing or new!

This position is primarily responsible for the Audit, Tax & Insolvency roles, duties including (but not limited to):

• Understanding clients’ needs for open vacancies.
• Understanding candidates’ expectations and be a good listener and career advisor.
• Relationship building with candidates and clients, both prospects and passive.
• Candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting, follow ups, problem solving and negotiating.
• ATS record maintenance.
• Researching and learning on current accounting and finance market knowledge, changes and opportunities.

Requirements

We are ex-big4 firm, ex-big4 bank, ex-IB and ex-listed companies’ CAs and CPAs. We focus on accounting and finance niche market because we came from there and we understand that space in and out, therefore, we are looking for someone who meets following requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Recruitment agency background not essential.
• Australia permanent residency or citizenship.
• Passionate in helping other pursing their dreams and building relationships.
• Ability to handle diversity and rejections.
• Reliable, honest, non-biased, responsible and highly organised person (never ghost any candidates or clients, when there is a query, there must be a response).
• Google Workspace, JobAdder & Linkedin Recruiter experience are not a must.
