The Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join the finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing key reports and assisting the CTA Finance Business Partner and FD and working with business partners to support the performance management of CTA including latest forecast and modelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing consolidated month-end analysis on financial performance and Key Performance Indicators
• Consolidating regional reporting and performing variance analysis vs budget and forecasts
• Preparing and distributing standard weekly and monthly management reports
• Ensuring data accuracy in TM1 and resolving any issues with the system accountants
• Ad hoc reporting to support the business partners and the FD
• Completing the monthly FD packs for group finance
• Overall responsibility for budget process, packs and accuracy.
• Prepare analysis on latest forecasts and budgets.
• Consolidating latest forecasts from regional business partners
• Assisting modelling new opportunities
• Finance business partnering for executive cost centers
• Provide support on ad hoc reporting requirements including analysis that supports decision making

Person Specification

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, experience with Finance/Accounting systems
• Nearly Qualified or Qualified Accountant
• Keen to learn and continually develop skills
• Highly numerate with strong communications skills (written & verbal)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and keen to find more efficient ways of working
• Excellent co-ordination, organisation and time management skills
