Personal Assistant
Location: Hybrid (London and Remote)
Salary offered for this role will be c£30k depending on experience

The Role
This is a great opportunity for a bright, switched on individual who is looking for a busy and challenging role. The role will suit someone looking to move up into a C-suite PA role or career progression from a busy administration or team support position. Recent Finance and Accounting graduates may also suit this role as we are looking for someone who is analytical with a good head for figures.

Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this PA will provide exceptional diary support to the Group CFO and Group COO and support their teams with general administration and coordination of meetings.
This role will have a hybrid working pattern with some days based in our London office and some days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Group CFO and COO by providing strategic diary management.
• Meeting readiness; gather information ahead of meetings, ensuring correct equipment, room bookings and catering are all the place.
• Coordinate Board level & Executive team management reports, working with the EA to the Group CEO and Chairman.
• Collaborate with the EA to produce high quality events including external client functions, management offsites, staff social events and all staff meetings.
• Support and provide holiday cover for the EA.
• Book domestic and international travel.
• Process expenses.
• Answer queries and deal with stakeholders at all levels (internal and external). This includes handling confidential information.
• Assist with the production of documents, including reports, agendas, minutes and PowerPoint presentations.

Required Skills

• Exceptional organisational and diary management skills; you must be able to juggle a fast-moving Senior Executive’s diary and co-ordinate various calendars and inboxes.
• Capacity to handle tight deadlines and last-minute changes.
• Ability to anticipate needs and proactively offer solutions to problems.
• Ability to think analytically and exposure to Finance operations would be beneficial.
• Minute Taking.
• Be a team player with a friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint presentations.
• Must be comfortable interacting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels internally and externally, representing the Senior Executive team and Charles Taylor with high levels of professionalism at all times.
