The Role
- Full Time, Continuing
- Level 5 – $72,372 to $79,011 p.a. (plus 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst or Wagga Wagga
We are responsible for recruitment and talent acquisition for the University, guided by principles of equity, diversity and merit, and we are looking for an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition Officer to join our in-house Recruitment team.
As the Talent Acquisition Officer, your responsibility is to provide systems administration and administrative support to coordinate recruitment activities. You will be the first point of contact for selection panels and applicants and will deliver first-level technical support and advice for all recruitment processes.
To be successful you will have:
- Relevant qualifications, skills and experience in a fast-paced recruitment or administration role;
- Strong technical proficiency and experience using multiple systems, applications and computer platforms;
- The ability to successfully manage competing demands, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
