The Role

• Fixed term (until August 2022), Full Time
• Level 9 – $114,248 to $120,746 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga

We are currently seeking an experienced team leader/ manager in the international education and partnerships sector to oversee and lead our Education Partnerships team.

The position will lead a small team responsible for delivering a broad range of functions associated with educational partnerships and linkages, whilst focusing on two primary goals – business development and quality assurance.

As a member of the senior leadership team, the position will also focus on developing and implementing a strategic plan, will look to grow enrolments and revenue from educational linkages and partnerships and provide team oversight of quality assurance, risk management and compliance.

To be successful you will have:

• A relevant higher education qualification and/or relevant experience and demonstrated leadership, or equivalent in the international education and partnerships sector
• A growth mindset and expertise in leading and motivating teams
• Advanced business development capabilities with the ability to identify and convert major commercial prospects to achieve strategic business objectives
• High-level strategic planning and project management skills with sound financial acumen and contract oversight experience.
