The Role

• Continuing, Full Time
• Level 7 – $89,515 to $97,809 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Sydney – Work From Home

Help deliver the Charles Sturt international recruitment and marketing strategy by driving growth and sales activities for the onshore market.

The role will focus on growing enrolments and revenue from international activities in defined target markets, including via direct conversion activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.

To excel in this role you will need to have high level stakeholder engagement and management skills, excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and be able to actively contribute to a collegial team environment from a remote work location.

To be successful you will have:

• A degree or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience
• Extensive recruitment, sales and marketing capabilities gained within the international Higher Education space
• Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities with the ability to achieve work objectives
• Demonstrated knowledge of and understanding of international student recruitment and its legislative environment
