The Role

• Continuing, Full Time
• Level 9 – $117,157 to $123,793 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Any Charles Sturt campus location, relocation assistance available

In this newly established position, you will manage a team focused on providing a great candidate experience, in a fast-paced high-volume environment. You will manage the end to end recruitment services and continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve processes to enhance hiring manager experiences.

As Manager, Talent Acquisition you will take a lead role in developing strategic initiatives aimed at lifting visibility of Charles Sturt’s employer brand in the talent attraction market to address current workforce gaps, align with our target profiles and meet future workforce requirements.

This is an exciting time to join the Division of People and Culture as we sharpen our focus to deliver on several strategic initiatives to build organisational capability and empower our people to achieve excellence.

To be successful you will have:

• A degree qualification and/or extensive relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise work, lead and delegate
• Experience in developing and implementing successful talent attraction and acquisition strategies
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport
