The Role

• 1 x Continuing, Full Time
• 1 x Fixed Term (Until January 2023), Full Time
• Level 5 – $70,384 to $76,886 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Bathurst, Wagga Wagga

The Future Student Admissions Specialists are responsible for delivering exceptional client-focused service through the efficient administration, processing and selection of student applications for courses across the university.

You will represent the admissions and conversions team and university in a professional and courteous manner to build and maintain relationships, as well as promote a genuine desire to provide advice and assistance associated with the application process to applicants and future students.

This role would suit a highly organised administrative professional who is committed to working both autonomously and as part of a wider team. You will have a can-do attitude with a positive outlook and a genuine sense of teamwork, a strong work ethic and desire to strive for customer satisfaction, excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

To be successful you will have:

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment whilst focusing on accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills to confidently and courteously liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and explain complex information in simple terms
• High-level computer proficiency across a range of applications including the Microsoft Office suite, with the capacity and willingness to learn new systems
