Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. has an opening for a Product Manager on the Insights and Education team in the department of the Retail Owned Channel and Client Marketing Team. Insights and Education (I&E) is a team of writers, editors, producers, and content strategists that develop and distribute editorial and educational content to attract and retain investors for Schwab. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and project-management skills; a strong sense of initiative; and the ability to balance contending priorities for a diverse set of customers.

What you are good at

Creates client-centric experiences for web and mobile that drive business outcomes

Leads site pages to anticipate user needs and support key marketing initiatives

Collaborates with content strategists to develop content journeys driven by user segmentation, personas, and business outcomes

Collaborates with technical partners and other team members on prioritization of 12-month product roadmap

Delivers well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Measures impact of content within channels by supervising performance and using data to drive improvements

Provides continual QA assistance to maintain the integrity of the site

Synthesizes feedback from multiple stakeholders

Supports content delivery in a highly regulated environment

What you have

Qualities:
Excellent technical abilities with an understanding of content publishing platforms and technology

Extraordinary collaborator with proven experience of working with cross-functional teams while driving execution of a given project

Familiarity with financial content and passionate about democratizing investing and trading knowledge

Experience implementing cohesive content strategies across channels that align with customer needs and business goals

Experience with customer journey design and content’s role in supporting customer engagement, retention, and conversion

Ability to iterate based on constructive criticism and feedback
