OUR TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER POSITION
The primary focus for our Talent Acquisition Partner is to lead in the implementation of sourcing strategies and identification of talent profiles. Utilizing these strategies the Talent Acquisition Partner will provide full life-cycle recruiting services including but not limited to: sourcing for recruiting campaigns and individual positions; requisitions creation and candidate management/documentation within application tracking systems; candidate screening/interview services and guidance on interviewing best practices; and negotiating directly with candidates. This position will focus on recruitment for clinical positions, including RNs, LPNs, GNAs, CNAs and other management and administrative roles in the Nursing Department.

SHIFTS & STATUS
This is a FULL TIME EXEMPT position with regular business hours and the opportunity for some remote work.
