The Student Digital Experience (SDX) Program is a wide-reaching, strategic program designed to leverage contemporary digital solutions to improve the experience of Charles Darwin University (CDU) students, in turn improving both the experience of staff and business efficiency.

As Student Digital Experience (SDX) Project Manager, Student Management System (SMS) you will manage the implementation of one of the most significant SDX projects: the student management system (SMS). This critical project involves complex dependencies across other projects and current operational practice, and multiple streams of work across the different lifecycle stages of Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Higher Education (HE) students. The complex nature of these dependencies will demand an exceptional ability to engage with all stakeholders from senior to end users to understand all stakeholders’ perspectives and ensure participation and input at all levels.

To ensure the project’s success, you will develop project plans that include detailed scoping, resource planning and timing of milestones, and will subsequently monitor progress of the project delivery and provide reporting to the project Steering Committee.

Your significant experience across University operations (with a focus on the student experience) will provide a strong foundation for your success in this position, and your exceptional written communication ability will be enable you to prepare professional reports, process documentation, policies and executive summaries.
