Utilise your excellent customer service and team coordination skills to provide support for CDU’s regional campuses.
We are a new world university. Like our namesake, Charles Darwin we think differently. We innovate, embrace change, challenge conventions and look for better ways. We’re not about tradition or legacy, privilege or exclusivity. We care about people as individuals, and about our wider society. We’re about what we can give to the world, rather than what we take. We cannot build a new world without diversity of thought, so we bring together people with unique perspectives in an inclusive and supporting learning environment to help them connect, discover and grow. This is the CDU difference.
As Coordinator: Regional Student Services, you will lead a team of Customer Service Agents and Student Administration Officers to deliver excellent customer service outcomes across CDU’s regional campuses. You’ll contribute to the continuous improvement of policies and processes whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and delivering against an annual schedule of operational deadlines.
To be successful you require a degree with subsequent relevant experience in an operational role in a highly regulated industry or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. You will have experience in coordinating a team of customer service or administrative staff and your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to support staff across multiple locations.
