Established in 1983, we are a growing insurance agency in Brandon, FL. Our goal is to provide our clients with the best solutions for their insurance needs in both personal and commercial lines. We are looking for a motivated person, eager to learn and ready to grow with us as an agency.

Primary Objectives:

  • Servicing and retention of existing customers
  • Application and back-end documentation on new sales
  • New business sales
  • Creating and developing communication for clients through marketing campaigns.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Valid 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license
  • Experience using QQ Catalyst and Quote Rush systems
  • 2+ years of industry experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Goal Orientated

Compensation:

  • Base pay + commission
  • Health Insurance
  • 3% employer matched IRA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
