Chantico Hiring for Customer Service Representative at The Blue Mountains, ON Full Time

The Chantico Fireplaces Family is growing, and we’re looking to welcome new members! We’re a local fireplace retail, installation, and service company. We have been operating in the Blue Mountains/Collingwood area for 15 years. Chantico is currently looking for a self-motivated, and energetic person to join our team. The position will be based out of our Craigleith location, with occasional workdays in our Meaford head office.

The Customer Service Representative’s Responsibilities will include:

Assisting Customer’s in Store and Online:

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Process online orders
• Process small transactions

Manage telephone calls:

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Process small orders
• Verify stock status
• Provide customers with order updates
• Identify & flag potential support issues
• Flow calls through to appropriate internal contacts
• Miscellaneous clerical tasks

Marketing & Merchandising:

• Keep accessories properly stocked in the showroom
• Verify showroom fireplaces are operational
• Showroom merchandising (seasonal decorations, price tags, promotional materials, etc…)
• Generate positive Google, Facebook and other Social Media Reviews.
