Channeled Resources Group is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for our Marathon manufacturing facility.

Role of a Process Engineer:

• Evaluate and help design the workflow process
• Aid the maintenance team in troubleshooting mechanical failures, determine solutions, and making repairs
• Provide leadership and mentoring to process technicians in their duties
• Design and test the production processes
• Gather and develop process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates
• Develop routines and best practices to ensure product quality
• Develop standardized operating instructions for processes
• Design and test process upgrades and new systems
• Provide fact/data driven root cause analysis
• Provide technical product support to sales team for customer concerns
• Review and write SOPs to support GMP manufacturing
• Monitor and improve related quality and process to provide problem solving assistance for improvements in quality, performance, productivity, and cost
• Work safe. Follow company safety policy and set example for others
• Promote Company CORE values daily

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage projects and negotiate effectively with external contractors and vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Fusion 360 or Solidworks
• Experience with data collection and analysis to support the production and quality departments. Use of Ignition (Inductive Automation) a plus.
• Experience with monitoring maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for such tasks as generating work orders, preventative maintenance schedules, procuring parts and recording systems and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
