Change Management Consultant – £45,000 – £55,000 – London

We’re partnering with a growing and highly respected London-based Change & Transformation consultancy that is looking to add a talented Change Management Consultant to its expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong client portfolio, an impressive pipeline of large-scale transformation programmes, and a genuine commitment to developing the next generation of consulting talent.

As a Change Management Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of complex business transformation programmes across a range of sectors. Working alongside experienced consultants and senior client stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in helping organisations successfully adopt change and realise the benefits of major transformation initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Experience supporting or delivering change and transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in consulting
• The ability to build credibility with clients and colleagues
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• Previous experience within a management consultancy or change consultancy (desirable)
• Familiarity with recognised change methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Benefits
Location: London (Hybrid working pattern)
